Feedback

Over the years we have received some amazing feedback about the level of patient care that we have provided. However, we also understand we need to learn, grow, and continually improve our healthcare practice for our patients. We will therefore make use of any feedback you provided to help us do this.

If you have a concern or complaint about the level of care you have received from an osteopath or any member of staff, please let us know.

Our promise to you is that we shall:

• Treat your concerns seriously
• Work to resolve them promptly and in confidence
• Learn lessons and use them to review and where appropriate improve our service

Make your concern known the reception either in person, by phone or in an email or by letter.

In person or by letter:

The Practice Manager, Stamford Osteopathic Clinic. Main Street, Great Casterton. PE9 4AA

If you telephone us or speak to us in person, your concerns and comments will be logged and whoever takes your call will attempt to resolve the issue for you. If you are not satisfied, we will tell you when it is likely that the practice manager will be free to ring you to discuss the matter or invite you to come to the practice to do so. We will investigate the problems you have had during the following few days and will aim to:

• Find out what happened and what went wrong
• Make sure you receive an explanation and apology if this is appropriate
• Deal with your complaint and reach an amicable solution
• Identify what we can do as a practice to ensure that this problem does not arise again

If you feel you would like to speak to an independent organisation about any worries you have about your care you may contact the Academy of Physical Science by telephone: 01933 328150 or by emailing them at: hello@academyofphysicalscience.co.uk.

The academy is an independent organisation who will try and help you resolve your problem.
